Building Enclosure Lead Testing Technician

• Provide testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and repair design for existing structures.
• Demonstrate responsibility, organization, reliability, effective time management, and self-motivation.
• Perform field and laboratory testing.
• Coordinate scheduling and oversight of facilities technicians.
• Collaborate with senior staff members on various projects as needed.
• Promote a safe workplace and proper PPE usage.

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or technical degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering is preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in building enclosure or facilities inspection.
• Facilities certifications for all testing performed are required, in accordance with the Technician Certification and Pay Policy. Professional certifications such as NRCA/IIBEC or AWCI Certified EIFS Inspector are highly desirable.
