Join KCI Technologies as a Senior Bridge Design Engineer and contribute to the design, analysis and oversight of bridge projects ranging from highway overpasses to pedestrian walkways. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, compliance and innovation in every project.

• Perform structural analysis and design of bridge components using industry‑standard software (AutoCAD, Micro Station, STAAD, Midas).
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications and cost estimates.
• Conduct load rating and stress analysis for new and existing structures.
• Review and check design calculations and drawings prepared by junior engineers.
• Coordinate with architects, geotechnical engineers and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with AASHTO, DOT and other relevant codes and standards.
• Participate in field inspections and condition assessments of bridges.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders and clients.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET‑Accredited Program.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Micro Station, AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and technical writing skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think critically.

Certificates, licenses and/or registrations required:
Maintain required certifications.

Certificates, licenses and/or registrations preferred:
Professional Engineer (PE) eligibility.
