Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Behavior Place LLC is a small, family‑owned ABA practice located in Fredericksburg and King George, VA. We focus on providing high‑quality ABA services to families in our community.

• Use Applied Behavioral Analysis principles to provide therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Deliver therapy to increase socialization, play, and language skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.
• Design and direct implementation of individualized treatment goals, including initial functional assessment, behavior plan development, and team training.
• Provide direct and indirect consultation to clients and families to improve quality of life.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, monitor implementation, conduct supervision meetings, and provide guidance.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (required).
• 3–5 years of clinical experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (preferred).
• BACB Certified (required).
• Experience with assessments, treatment formulation, and data analysis.
• Experience designing and applying strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Experience conducting and completing functional assessments.
• Experience developing individualized program goals and treatment plans for clients and families across classroom, community, and home settings.
• Experience monitoring ongoing implementation, evaluating progress, and adjusting programs.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (monitoring implementation, conducting supervision meetings, providing support).
• Experience teaching parents strategies in accordance with treatment plans, using modeling, coaching, and role play.
• Demonstration of effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Full‑time supervisors receive a robust benefit package and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for a Full‑time BCABA.

Salary for BCaBA/LABA: $35–$40 per hour, depending on education, certification, and experience.

Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 for Full‑time BCABA.
