- In house 24 hour shifts 3 - 6 per month per provider
- 200 deliveries per month with 30% cesarean rate
- OB emergency department sees approximately 10 patients daily
- Coverage needed at two hospital locations
- Long term plan includes 24/7 provider availability
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
