• Maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent education and experience.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient condition.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with staff, engage patients, and coordinate with physicians.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
