Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities like bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Maintain a safe and healthy home environment
• Adhere to individualized care plans and document services provided

Requirements

• Active CNA, PCA, or HHA certification
• CPR certification
• Recent TB test (within the past 12 months)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, dependable, and excellent communication skills
