Role Description

The Hospice Marketing and Coordination Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Fredericksburg, VA. The specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement with the hospice services. Key tasks include building relationships with healthcare providers, managing outreach campaigns, coordinating patient referrals, and providing exceptional communication to ensure seamless care transitions. The role also includes reporting on marketing performance, attending community events, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Marketing, Outreach Campaigns, or Digital Marketing strategies
  • Excellent Communication, Relationship‑Building, and Networking Skills
  • Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Coordination Abilities
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, Hospice Services, and Patient Care Coordination
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, CRM Software, and Reporting Tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate empathy toward clients and families
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare or hospice settings is a plus
