Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Supervisor looking to lead a team and make a real impact? Spring Arbor Cottage of Fredericksburg, VA is searching for a compassionate leader to oversee care staff, ensure exceptional resident care, and maintain compliance with state regulations.

  Supervise care staff & maintain proper staffing levels
• ✅
  Administer & document medications per physician’s orders
• ✅
  Oversee & provide direct care to residents, ensuring dignity & respect
• ✅
  Conduct assessments & develop care plans tailored to residents' needs
• ✅
  Communicate effectively with physicians, families & healthcare professionals
• ✅
  Ensure compliance with all state & federal healthcare regulations
• ✅
  Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• ✅
  Respond to resident emergency calls with urgency & care

• 🔹
  Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification – Required
• 🔹
  CNA or PCA Certification – Required
• 🔹
  Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• 🔹
  Supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred
• 🔹
  Strong leadership & organizational skills
• 🔹
  Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
• 🔹
  CPR & First Aid Certification – Required
