Responsibilities

• Collaborate with licensed Speech‑Language Pathologists to implement speech and language therapy programs for students.
• Work with individuals or small groups to address communication goals.
• Provide support in the assessment and documentation of students' progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a holistic and effective support system.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.

Qualifications

• Valid VA Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field.
• Experience working with school‑aged children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
