Location:

Fredericksburg, VA (with occasional visits to Falls Church, VA)
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills:

• Provide home health physical therapy services to adult patients (18 years old).

• Average patient load: 4-6 patients per day, minimum 24-30 visits per week to qualify for 40-hour guarantee.

• Manage patient cases in Homecare/Home Health setting; acute care experience is a plus.

• Complete all charting onsite using Kinnser/Wellsky systems; OASIS experience preferred but not required.

• Travel within the assigned territory (mainly Fredericksburg, occasional Falls Church visits); mileage reimbursed per IRS standard.

• Follow all Covid and flu vaccination policies (flu required, Covid declination allowed).

• Maintain professional conduct: punctuality, good communication, patient-centered care, self-starter, and timely charting.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license in hand at time of submission.

• BLS certification.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health/homecare; acute care experience desirable.

• First-time travelers are accepted.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OASIS documentation.

• Familiarity with Kinnser/Wellsky charting systems.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
