Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor will collaborate closely with other department heads to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the hotel. They will ensure guest requests are addressed promptly and lead the team in maintaining a clean, orderly, and attractive environment in guest rooms and public spaces.
The supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating housekeeping and laundry operations, including resources, tasks, systems, and processes. They will foster an energized and positive work environment to deliver exceptional guest service.
Qualifications- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel cleaning or housekeeping.
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
