Critical Infrastructure​/Security Analyst; Mission Assurance - Hybrid

Join the Critical Infrastructure/Security Analyst (Mission Assurance) - Hybrid Work role at ICF.

This position is based in Dahlgren, VA, and requires working in a cleared environment to support the U.S. Department of Defense’s mission assurance, defense critical infrastructure, and related security and resilience programs.

• Assess critical infrastructure in areas of concern, analyze threats, and evaluate impacts on customers if disrupted or damaged.
• Identify options to protect infrastructure from physical and cyber threats, natural disasters, and other risks.
• Understand systems and operations across sectors like water, energy, chemical, transportation, and telecommunications.
• Collaborate on infrastructure analyses and document findings with high attention to detail.
• Respond to quick-turn tasks and perform detailed analyses; occasional travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure operation, engineering, resource planning, or related areas.
• Experience with GIS software and sector-specific modeling tools.
• Minimum of 1 year consulting experience.
• US Citizenship and an active, in-scope US Government-issued Security clearance.

• Experience in mission assurance, homeland security, or infrastructure protection.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including recent cleared work.
• DoD experience (civilian or military) and high-level clearance.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

The pay range for this full-time role is $73,722 - $125,327, depending on experience and location.
