Senior Manager, Technical Program Management

Requirements Must have:

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical programs
• Over 5 years of experience designing and developing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• At least 3 years of experience in creating distributed systems & highly available services utilizing AWS cloud computing services and architecture
• A minimum of 3 years of experience applying Agile methodologies
• More than 3 years of experience successfully delivering large and complex programs, owning the business or technical direction
• Experience in building systems & solutions in a highly regulated environment
• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)

• Lead high-priority initiatives associated with ad tech and marketing tech as part of the Bank Tech organization – Collaborate with Senior Leaders and stakeholders across various business lines to execute a unified roadmap – Drive successful outcomes that significantly impact the company – Mentor and develop the expanding TPM discipline within the team – Leverage industry expertise to educate the organization on effective Technical Program Management practices
