Join the dedicated team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Mobile Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility, you will supervise and manage the nursing department across assigned facilities, executing operational core responsibilities and policies established by the company.

Provide complete supervision and management for the nursing department. Exercise discretion and independent judgment, delegated administrative authority, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties, including making independent choices free from immediate direction or supervision.

• Supervise nursing staff across multiple facilities.
• Implement and uphold policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality care and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Plan and coordinate staff schedules and training.
• Travel and stay overnight as required.

• Current, unencumbered, active RN license in the practicing states.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent Director of Nursing experience with a history of excellent quality and survey outcomes.
• Knowledge of federal, state rules & regulations, and survey practices.
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

• Full‑time opportunity.
• Shift varies; program details vary by facility.
• Annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000.
