American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with at least one year of home health experience and OASIS proficiency for a 13-week assignment.

• Home Health setting providing adult patient care in the Fredericksburg area
• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Requires working one weekend per month with comp time adjustment during the week
• Call responsibilities required, details to be discussed during interview
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR preferred; training provided during orientation if needed
• Covers a 50-mile radius territory from the Fredericksburg office

• Active RN license (Virginia or Compact) required
• Current BLS certification required (hands-on, cannot be obtained virtually)
• Minimum one year of Home Health nursing experience required
• OASIS experience or training required
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR experience preferred

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in a home health setting
• Tablet and phone hardware provided for use during assignment
• Clean, professional-looking scrubs required
• Expect to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff
• Floating may occur between locations as discussed with assignment details
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers
• Minimal time off requested during the first weeks of the assignment is preferred
