Description:
The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health. The shift is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Some weekend scheduling is required once a month, with compensatory time during the week to adjust for productivity and hours. Call duty will be discussed during the interview. All necessary hardware, including a tablet and phone, will be provided.
A clean and professional appearance is expected while on duty, with appropriate scrubs being required. COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are mandatory, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons only. The nurse will cover a 50-mile radius for patient visits. A point expectation is set at 30 points per evaluation period. Training for specific charting systems may be provided during orientation.
Requests for time off should be noted, though approval is preferred to be sought after initial weeks of assignment. Working some holidays and weekends in rotation is expected unless otherwise stated in the contract. Workers will be assigned to a designated location, and movement to other locations will be discussed prior to assignment. Modules completed during orientation and annually are considered billable time.
