What You'll DoAs a nursing assistant, you will help residents stay safe, comfortable, and independent.
Responsibilities include:- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist residents with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment
Work closely with nurses and other team members - Observe residents and report concerns to the nursing team
- Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to complete our free training program
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
