American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with at least one year of home health experience and OASIS proficiency for a 13-week assignment.
Requirements- Active RN license (Virginia or Compact) required
- Current BLS certification required (hands-on, cannot be obtained virtually)
- Minimum one year of Home Health nursing experience required
- OASIS experience or training required
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR experience preferred
- Home Health setting providing adult patient care in the Fredericksburg area
- Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Requires working one weekend per month with comp time adjustment during the week
- Call responsibilities required, details to be discussed during interview
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR preferred; training provided during orientation if needed
- Covers a 50-mile radius territory from the Fredericksburg office
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in a home health setting
- Tablet and phone hardware provided for use during assignment
- Clean, professional-looking scrubs required
- Expect to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff
- Floating may occur between locations as discussed with assignment details
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers
- Minimal time off requested during the first weeks of the assignment is preferred
