Our pharmacy clerks are friendly and welcoming and help customers when they call in or are picking up a prescription in store. On top of helping customers check out, they are in charge of keeping the department organized and clean. This is a general overview of their job duties; you may be asked to assist in other ways depending on the needs of your store.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with check-out and prescription pickup.
- Maintain organized, clean pharmacy area.
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service in-store and over the phone.
- Support pharmacy operations as needed.
- Availability for part-time work.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience preferred but not required.
