Job Location: Fredericksburg, VA 22408

Part-Time Position:
Every weekend roughly 16 hours per week (Saturdays 8am-6pm & Sundays 11am-5pm). Open availability for possible additional hours during the week. Some holidays required.
Salary: $14-$15 per hour.

• Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner. Use the paging system to page departments and individuals.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the number of time customers spend on hold.
• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.

• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years old or older to qualify for this position.

Work Location:

In person. Ability to commute to Fredericksburg, VA 22408. For relocation, requires reliable commute before starting work.
