• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and resolving potential service issues.
• Focusing on the customer by giving a warm greeting, maintaining eye contact and helping locate additional items when needed.
• Accurately performing cashier duties—handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision, following policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Providing customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts as part of growth and career development.
• Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• Remaining upright on feet, especially during sustained periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity sufficient to view computer screens, read, and inspect small parts.

• At least 16 years of age.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required).

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $15.00 - $22.00.
