Join us as a T‑Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate at GP Mobile, one of the largest Authorized T‑Mobile Retailers in the U.S. We are looking for candidates with hustle, ambition, and a passion for unlimited potential. We have full‑time and part‑time positions available. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged, though not required.

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) are brand ambassadors who build excitement around T‑Mobile products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced environment, guide customers through technology innovations, and build strong relationships. This learning role involves new employee training and proactive skill development.

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate nationwide coverage, unlimited T‑Mobile plans, and new features.
• Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, systems, and reference resources.
• Engage customers between visits, learn about innovations, and support business and customer‑service teams.
• Resolve issues, hand off small‑business leads, and support team initiatives.

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun.
• Competitive drive and proven success in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, share ideas, and solve problems.
• Effective at balancing customer needs with performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
