• Only experienced operators in horizontal directional drilling should apply
• CDL license a plus
• Experience with Vermeer, Ditch Witch, and other similar equipment.
• Coordinates and supervises all aspects of various projects
• Strong knowledge of underground utilities
• Ensures all crews observe safety practices during their workday
• Self-motivated, safety, quality, and production-minded
• Valid driving record.
• You must be able to lift, push, and pull heavy weights of more than 50 pounds.
• You must be able to walk up or down hilly terrain and work outside in all weather elements.
• You may be required to stand for several hours at a time without rest.
• Ability to work overtime and nights as needed.
• 5+ years' experience in construction, preferably in the utility industry
• 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry
• Excavator and heavy equipment operator experience
