As a Home Service Technician
, you will complete our award‑winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be successful in the daily functions for providing home services. As a representative of our team, you will build relationships with our customersorados and home service‑related solutions.

You Will…

• Use teamwork to install home services, including attic remediation, crawl space encapsulation, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a problem‑solver for your customer by utilizing the in‑depth training provided and interpersonal communication skills to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation.іністра

  As a Home Service Technician at Perma Treat, you must possess the following skills/requirements:

  • No Experience Required!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  Physical Demands / Workingaris Environment

  You must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs diýen
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
