Dominion Steel, LLC is seeking a qualified Shop Foreman to join our Fredericksburg shop. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish) and able to read and interpret blueprints and detail sheets to guide fabrication.
You will supervise daily operations, coordinate personnel, ensure schedules, maintain safety, and communicate with management in both languages. Candidates with steel fabrication supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
