Total Comfort, part of the ARS family, is seeking a full-time HVAC installer to lead residential installations in the Fredericksburg area. You will disassemble old systems and install, start up, and troubleshoot new units, working with a helper.
We offer pay between $60,000 and $100,000+ with commission, plus low-cost medical, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, company vehicle, uniforms, and ongoing training. Must have at least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience and EPA certification.
