We are seeking Salesforce Software Engineers who are passionate about marrying data with emerging technologies and driving a major transformation within Capital One.

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems
• Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal and external technology communities, mentoring other engineers, and occasionally coding or evaluating code
• Collaborate with digital product managers and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for customers
• Utilize coding languages such as JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, Type Script, SQL and Java, Salesforce development with Apex, Native, Visual Force, Lightning framework, SOQL, REST & SOAP APIs, and RESTful web services

• Bachelors Degree
• At least 4 years of experience in Software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
• At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Software Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

• Master's Degree
• Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
• 1+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with Apex, Native, Visual Force, or Lightning framework, SOQL
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. McLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700;
Richmond, VA: $175,800 - $200,700. Other locations follow the pay range for that location, and the offer letter will reflect the actual amount.
