This is a full-time, on-site role for a Functional Strength Specialist based in Fredericksburg, VA. Responsibilities include working directly with clients to design and implement tailored strength training programs, conducting assessments, and ensuring safe and proper execution of exercises. The role also involves analyzing client progress, providing clear communication and guidance, and maintaining knowledge of advancements in fitness practices. The specialist will collaborate with the team to uphold the high standards of fit
20 training methods and customer service.

• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring progress and adjusting training programs accordingly
• Excellent Communication skills to guide and motivate clients effectively
