SOE Logistics, out of Fredericksburg, VA.

We are hiring regular full time Fed Ex Delivery drivers with work related driving experience and a strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries. (CDL License Not required)

We are looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous Fed Ex companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar co

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

• $15 daily Safety Bonus
• $300 Sign on Bonus contingent upon maintaining continuous employment with the company for 1 month after training

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver (including any work done with Grubhub, Doordash, Uber, Lyft,etc.)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree

• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• The ability to pass a background check
• The ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
• Must be at least 21 years old

Pay at $165/day + Threshold bonuses
