As a full-time Investment Accountant at Vestcor, you will be a crucial part of the Fund Accounting Team. Your responsibilities will include data stewardship, accurate corporate action processing, and support in recording transactions within our portfolio management system. You will also prepare daily asset mix reports and respond to related queries, ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data stewardship within the fund accounting area

• Process corporate actions and swaps effectively

• Record investment transactions accurately in the portfolio system

• Prepare daily asset mix reports for internal use

• Address queries related to daily asset mix reporting

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required

• Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and communication

• Industry experience and CSC completion preferred
