Experienced Accountant at C-Therm

C-Therm seeks an Experienced Accountant to ensure accurate full-cycle accounting across various global projects. This pivotal role includes payroll management and internal reporting.

As a key member of our finance team, you will manage comprehensive accounting duties from accounts payable to financial reporting. You will leverage your accounting skills to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain precise financial documentation. Your analytical mindset will be essential in budget forecasting and monitoring cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete full-cycle accounting including ledger management

• Conduct monthly and year-end closings with accuracy

• Implement payroll processing via ADP systems

• Track grant expenditures for compliance

• Support budgeting and prepare internal financial reports

Requirements:

• Degree or experience in accounting or finance field

• Proficient with Excel and accounting software like Sage 50

• Strong understanding of accounting standards

• Excellent detail orientation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
