Registered Accounts Specialist

Registered Accounts Specialist  We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Registered Accounts Specialist to join our Wealth Operations team, reporting to the Supervisor, Registered Accounts.
Responsibilities   Manage RESP account administration
Process RRSP withdrawals
Perform special processing for estates, home buyers, LLP, marriage breakdown, court orders, etc.
Perform recurring events set up and ongoing support (PAC, SWP)
Manage control account reconciliation
Respond to client service inquiries related to registered products
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications   Minimum 1‑year registered accounts experience
Post‑secondary education
Knowledge of Registered Accounts/Products
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Knowledge of client tax reporting
Overtime may be required during peak periods
This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
Perks and Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
