We're looking for a Staff Accountant who is interested in more than traditional accounting. This role combines accounting, financial reporting, ERP optimization and process improvement, giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact on how our finance team operates.

The opportunityAs Staff Accountant, you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial information while helping improve the systems and processes behind it.
You'll work across accounting, financial reporting and ERP systems, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen controls, automate processes and make financial information more accessible to decision-makers.
This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys both the numbers and the systems behind them.
What you'll do- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports and monitor the status of accounts payable;
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements;
- Analyze and implement ERP system enhancements to improve accounting and finance processes;
- Develop and maintain financial workflows, controls, and system documentation;
- Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization;
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports;
- Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs;
- Train finance users on ERP processes and best practices;
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and internal controls within financial systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field;
- 3+ years of accounting or finance experience;
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, budgeting and internal controls;
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CPA designation or CPA candidate;
- Experience with ERP implementation or optimization;
- Experience with process mapping and process improvement;
