This Financial Operations Fee Processing Associate manages transactions, charges, adjustments, and reconciliations across fee-based accounts. You will review debit balances, apply fee rules, and help maintain accurate financial systems. The work includes supporting audits, improving workflows, and ensuring activities follow company policies, client agreements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review monthly fee-run debit balances against business rules
Ensure calculated fees post correctly across fee-based accounts
Process transfer-out and estate settlement accrued fees
Update fee structures and consistently apply fee rules
Provide documentation for internal and external audits
Requirements:
One to three years in billing, financial operations, or related work
Accounting principles and financial systems familiarity preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Equivalent work experience may be considered for education
Use analytical judgment, reconciliation expertise, and financial systems knowledge to strengthen accurate fee processing at CI Financial.
