Source Online Bookkeeping seeks an experienced Manager, Bookkeeping Services to oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, reporting accuracy, workflow, and client service. You will review monthly files, statutory submissions, and year-end working papers while maintaining a limited client portfolio. The role combines hands-on accounting judgment with team leadership, coaching, and operational improvement across a fully remote organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping quality across Canadian business portfolios
- Review reporting packages, filings, and year-end working papers
- Authorize monthly financial reporting package releases
- Coach bookkeepers and lead technical discussions
- Manage deadlines and workloads using Karbon Workflow
- Minimum eight years progressive full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- At least four years reviewing bookkeepers' work
- Certified Professional Bookkeeper designation
- Quick Books Online expertise and Level 2 certification
- Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and payroll compliance
