Accounts Payable Administrator

Adecco is currently hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a dynamic team in Saint John, NB
. This role is ideal for candidates with payroll, benefits administration, and accounts payable experience who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy delivering accurate, timely results.

• Pay Rate: $20/hour
• Location: Saint John, NB
• Job type: Permanent|Full-time

• Process employee payroll, benefits, bonuses, vacation pay, and other payroll‑related payments
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave information
• Prepare payroll filings, year‑end tax documents, and Records of Employment (ROEs)
• Administer employee benefits documentation and inquiries
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide payroll support to employees
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts payable transactions, and prepare vendor payments
• Review and process employee expense claims
• Generate payroll and benefits reports and summaries

• Experience in payroll, accounts payable, or a related administrative role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Payroll experience required; HR education is considered an asset
• Experience in the marine industry is an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
