Position: Full-Time Administrative Support at Horizon
Contribute to patient care as a Clinical Administrative Support with Horizon Health Network in New Brunswick.

This role offers a permanent position centered around efficient clinic operations.

As the Clinical Administrative Support, you will play a significant role in managing medical documents and ensuring smooth office functions within the clinic. This position is suited for individuals with a strong foundation in medical terminology and relevant clerical experience. Proficiency in administrative tasks and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process referrals and medical documentation accurately

• Transcribe, edit, and proofread clinical reports

• Maintain and format various administrative documents

• Generate reports from managed databases

• Provide essential clerical support to the clinic

Requirements:

• High school diploma and additional administrative training

• At least one year experience in an administrative role

• Proficient in data entry speed of 4000 KSPH or more

• Typing speed must meet 35 WPM minimum;
Excel adept

• Spoken French at an intermediate level (B1.2)
