Senior Administrative Executive Assistant

Use senior administrative expertise to support Horizon Health Network leaders in New Brunswick’s Fredericton, Miramichi, Moncton, Saint John, or Upper River Valley areas.

This permanent full-time Executive Assistant position supports the Primary Health Care Program and requires at least five years of senior administrative experience. The work includes organizing meetings, managing schedules, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and protecting confidential information. English is essential.

• Prioritize appointments with stakeholders, staff, foundations, and auxiliaries
• Follow up committee action plans and maintain timelines
• Respond to inquiries, screen calls, and redirect urgent matters
• Gather, process, and distribute highly confidential information
• Maintain effective working relationships and coordinate information

• Five years of senior administrative position experience
• High school or secondary graduation level
• Completed business administration courses at college or university
• Advanced Microsoft Office applications proficiency
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism in interactions
