Who you are
The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing non-clinical operations within their program, ensuring efficient business and project management processes. Reporting to the Director of Performance, Community, this role requires close collaboration with the Program Executive Dyad Leadership and program Directors to support program objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a health-related field.
- Leadership training (LEADS, Leading One Horizon, Cornerstone).
- Experience in project and change management (e.g., Lean, Prosci).
- Strong leadership, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capacity to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Adherence to privacy regulations, including the Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of patient safety and quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and managers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
