Department of Environment Project Advisor

Impact New Brunswick’s environment as a Project Advisor with the Department of Environment and Local Government in Fredericton. Focus on continuous improvement through project management methodologies.

As a Project Advisor, you will report to the Director of Strategy while using project management and human-centered design to enhance processes and operational performance. This role involves building organizational capacity and driving key initiatives that support local governance and climate priorities in the province.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve business processes and organizational performance

• Implement and sustain improvement initiatives

• Work collaboratively with business units for project success

• Facilitate training and strategic planning sessions

• Track and report on project progress and outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

• At least six years of related work experience

• Two years in project management required

• Proficiency in written and verbal English

• Valid Class 5 driver's license necessary
