As Project Director, you will report to the Vice President of Operations and be responsible for the seamless delivery of construction projects. You will engage with clients and manage teams, while ensuring project profitability and timely completion. Your commitment to innovation and collaboration will enhance our industry presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with EBC's safety and quality standards

• Analyze project profitability and create accurate forecasts

• Actively participate in the bidding and negotiation process

• Maintain presence on-site for effective project oversight

• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering or equivalent

• 12+ years of experience managing high-value projects

• Certification in PMP or LEED AP preferred

• Expertise in MS Office and Project software

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
