Position: Bird Construction Scheduler Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain construction schedules for projects

• Analyze contract documents to inform schedule development

• Track project progress and communicate variances

• Document schedule impacts and conduct delay analyses

• Prepare reports reflecting project successes and lessons learned

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management

• Minimum of 7 years in a scheduling role

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project

• Familiarity with construction methods and processes

• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
