Project Manager for Construction Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontractor activities on site

• Plan and organize daily construction operations

• Prepare and manage project budget estimates

• Oversee the preparation of contracts and negotiations

• Monitor progress of construction schedules and milestones

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management

• 3-5 years' experience in construction management

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications

• Valid driver's license and own transportation

• Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) certification preferred
