Position: On-Site Superintendent for Windfarm Project
Ellis Don seeks an experienced Superintendent for the Brighton Mountain Windfarm project near Juniper, NB. With a strong focus on construction management, this role will ensure timely delivery and budget compliance.

As a Superintendent, you will manage large-scale construction projects, overseeing design, budget, and schedules alongside engineers and architects. Your leadership will drive project meetings and mentor team members to foster their development. You'll plan schedules, manage resources, and identify potential problems to keep projects on track and within budget.

• Oversee overall construction management and budgets

• Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in construction with 10-15 years experience

• 5-7 years as a Superintendent or Site Lead

• Experience with large-scale civil projects

• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and OSHA standards

• Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines and safety regulations
