Project Controls Manager

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, the Project Controls Manager will play a critical role in supporting active projects by developing, maintaining, and monitoring project budgets, schedules, and ensuring accurate forecasting.

• Manage and oversee cost controls reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and project reporting.
• Work closely with the Operations team to develop and maintain the project construction schedule across the entire project life cycle.
• Create and implement key scheduling requirements such as coding, naming conventions, client requirements management protocol, project calendars, and resource loading.
• Work with the Operations team to establish progress and quantity tracking processes.
• Analyze schedule variances, monitor schedule KPIs, and support resource planning and analysis.
• Perform productivity analysis of construction operations and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Prepare required progress reports and dashboards to provide project status updates to the project team and external clients.
• Develop and facilitate payment applications to the client.
• Collaborate with all cross‑functional teams to maintain, add, or modify the schedule data and plans.

• 5+ years planning and cost controls experience in civil construction projects.
• College or university degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of project planning and scheduling software (Primavera P6).
• Extensive experience with SAP.
• Proven experience and ability in cost reporting, planning, scheduling, and managing complex projects.
• Proven problem‑solver and team player with sound judgment, who accepts ownership and accountability.
• Interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
