As part of the Major Projects West sector, you will report to the Project Controls Director. This managerial role requires expertise in cost controls, scheduling, and project reporting to ensure project success. You will also collaborate with Operations to develop and maintain construction schedules while analyzing variances and optimizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost controls reporting and project forecasting

• Collaborate with Operations on project construction schedules

• Implement scheduling requirements and tracking processes

• Analyze schedule variances and monitor KPI performance

• Prepare progress reports and dashboards for updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years in planning and cost controls for civil projects

• University degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Extensive knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP

• Proven skills in cost reporting and managing complex projects

• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
