Ellis Don seeks a Senior Superintendent for the Brighton Mountain Windfarm project near Juniper, NB. Lead large-scale construction efforts focused on renewable energy and ensure timely project completion.

In this pivotal role, you'll provide overall construction management, driving collaboration with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Architects. Candidates should possess a construction-related degree and extensive experience—specifically, 10-15+ years total, with 5-7+ years in a superintendent role. Strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and knowledge of civil projects are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction design, budget, and schedule

• Lead project meetings and facilitate team progress

• Mentor team members for career development

• Monitor project costs and maintain positive cash flow

• Resolve conflicts and advise senior management on issues

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in construction management

• 10-15+ years of construction experience

• 5-7+ years as a Superintendent or Site Lead

• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling

• Knowledge of safety regulations and civil work
