Experienced Project Manager in Construction

Ellis Don seeks an Experienced Project Manager to handle complex construction management tasks, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining high standards. Drive project success in this pivotal role.

This position is ideal for candidates with a construction degree or five years of equivalent experience. As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects, prepare tender packages, and ensure accurate billing for all stakeholders. You will also engage in effective communication with Owners and Architects and lead project meetings that foster teamwork and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct overall construction management procedures

• Prepare and manage tender packages and subcontracts

• Facilitate timely payments and billings for subcontractors

• Conduct meetings to support team collaboration

• Submit detailed project reports to Area Manager

Requirements:

• Relevant construction degree or five years of experience

• In-depth knowledge of construction management software

• Proven ability to mentor and motivate a large team

• CISD Level II eligibility is a plus

• Strong client relationship management skills
