Drive project success as a Project Superintendent at the Brighton Mountain Windfarm in Juniper, NB. Ensure timely delivery of construction projects while collaborating across teams.
Ellis Don seeks a dedicated Project Superintendent with 10–15+ years of experience to manage large civil projects effectively. Your hands-on knowledge in grading and utilities will support efficient scheduling and material planning. You will also mentor team members and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive construction management on complex projects
• Conduct regular project meetings for progress updates
• Mentor project team members for professional growth
• Plan and implement effective work schedules
• Monitor financial reports to ensure project budgeting stays on track
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in construction with significant experience
• 5–7+ years as a Superintendent or Site Lead
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and safety compliance
• Advanced knowledge in construction disciplines and project management
• Strong problem-solving skills and team leadership abilities
