As the Project Controls Manager, you will report to the Project Controls Director with a focus on maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasting. Collaborating with the Operations team is crucial to develop comprehensive project schedules and implement coding and naming conventions. Your analytical acumen will help analyze variances and improve project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost controls reporting and project progress

• Collaborate to develop comprehensive project schedules

• Implement client requirements and project calendars

• Perform productivity analysis to identify improvements

• Create detailed progress reports and dashboards

Requirements:

• 7+ years in civil construction planning and controls

• Proficiency in Primavera P6

• Strong background in SAP software

• Proven experience in cost reporting and project management

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
